In the past few years I've lived here, Ive watched this place slowly get a much needed makeover. New carpet and vinyl, new fridges and stoves! I know they were having issues finding someone that would repair the sprinkler system for the past year, and now that its fixed theres heavy water restrictions by the city.. theres 2 small playgrounds on either side of the property for kiddos, background checks are required for all applicants, plenty of parking lots with plenty of spaces, so you dont have to take your chances on the s... read more

Tammy did a great job helping us navigate all of the paperwork when we first applied 5 or 6 years ago. Considering she inherited the property with the units VERY outdated and in rough shape (my guess is that the prior management was cheap and didnt believe in replacing carpets or appliances... like EVER), shes been making sure they're been getting some much needed and past due renovations and upgrades. I have lived here for 7 YEARS. The old Manager Viki was cool. The new manager isn’t that good, she waters the grass badly, and barely looks for inspections. The apartments are mostly 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms look really bad though, the carpet is kinda ugly. There are people living in the bushes by the apartments though. I saw an entire couch in the bushes and sleeping bags and tents. There are a lot of homeless people and a lot of trash.
