I have lived here for 7 YEARS. The old Manager Viki was cool. The new manager isn’t that good, she waters the grass badly, and barely looks for inspections. The apartments are mostly 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms look really bad though, the carpet is kinda ugly. There are people living in the bushes by the apartments though. I saw an entire couch in the bushes and sleeping bags and tents. There are a lot of homeless people and a lot of trash.
