Difficult man bad builder
They paid little (if any) attention to detail when building our home. The basement is damp and smelly. Our wood floors are buckled. The garage insulation was not properly installed and has windwashed to one side. The driveway was cracked and crumbling and they only replaced sections of it. There is a list of things that they have repaired and a longer list of things that still need attention. I do not recommend this business. Their realtor will tell you that they are easy to work with, but they are not. Barbara D'Amicone
In spite of a lingering pandemic and associated supply chain issues Nick and his colleagues delivered a beautiful home. Like any new build there were issues to resolve (e.g., gas line needing to be relocated to accommodate our Bosch stove) and Nick was supportive in getting it installed! Nick is a great communicator / point of contact, was mindful of our timeline and was helpful in letting us know what was happening next! Finally, thanks for the backyard boulders!
