Enjoy living here me and my husband. Have been here for many years. It is very convenient for us,with the Little Mall,Costco,Wal-Mart and many places to eat. Bus stop in front of building Many Senior residents here. Our recreation time for swimming get together is great. Come join us. 55 and over.

Having lived here for 4 years I have to say this is one of the best shared community living experiences I have ever had. The residents as well as the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. It is usually pretty quiet and there is no drama. Whenever assistance is needed for maintenance etc...it is taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend checking out Overture SM!
I love living at Overture San Marcos! One of the things that truly sets this community apart is the effort the office team puts into planning events for us. The office team is amazing, always friendly and responsive. Karen and Brenda are great! Thank you for creating such a warm and vibrant home.
You may be attacked by dogs. And the price is more than any other senior living in San Diego County, 800 rent increase after one year.
