Having lived here for 4 years I have to say this is one of the best shared community living experiences I have ever had. The residents as well as the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. It is usually pretty quiet and there is no drama. Whenever assistance is needed for maintenance etc...it is taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend checking out Overture SM!
I love living at Overture San Marcos! One of the things that truly sets this community apart is the effort the office team puts into planning events for us. The office team is amazing, always friendly and responsive. Karen and Brenda are great! Thank you for creating such a warm and vibrant home.
You may be attacked by dogs. And the price is more than any other senior living in San Diego County, 800 rent increase after one year.
Updated December 2024. Communication has gotten even worse. Events are sad. No holiday decorations in main clubhouse as of December 15. They are painting both buildings but no one can say when they are ACTUALLY painting. We were asked to remove everything from our patios on October 21st. Nothing has been done on our building as of today. I keep praying they will get their act together and we will be one big happy community, again. Updated as of August 2024.
