Our experience at Casa Valerio was truly enjoyable. The Zipstay team provides a top-notch boutique stay with a modern self-check-in process. This is our second time staying at their properties, both situated in charming, walkable neighborhoods with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Great location in downtown SB! Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and sightseeing. Nicely remodeled, good use of space, comfy bed. Super easy self check-in/out process, I was sent detailed instructions before arrival which made accessing the unit a breeze. Street parking only, but we had no trouble finding a spot every time. I would stay here again.
My wife and I celebrated our 2-year wedding anniversary, and decided on Casa Valerio. We are happy with Casa Valerio for the following reasons: 1. Early check-ins, 2. Nice cozy, cute and clean room, 3. Nice neighborhood and just around the corner from State St., 4. Priced more than fair compared to other hotels, 5. Comfortable bed and big screen tv! This place was clean and a good location to all these major spots in Santa Barbara. It’s the perfect weekend stay. The host was very accommodating at all hours and I recommend 10 out of 10. I would say parking can be challenging to find on the street, but still a great location!
