Frederico Trujillo assisted me with determining service needed. He is always professional, courteous in answering questions, and advises on time needed to complete the work. Likewise, appointment scheduling is easy and staff are helpful - Kiana was friendly and professional. Service work on my Highlander is excellent.
The sold my name and number and now I get spam calls and texts 3x a day instead of twice a week. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR INFO, who knows what else they're selling to scammers
I came in to the dealership at 8 a.m. for work on my Sequoia's AWD system. They provided a ride for me to get a couple of errands done, as I expected installation of the new part to take most of the day. I was very pleasantly surprised when the dealership called before 10 a.m. to say my truck was already finished and ready to go! All together a very pleasant and painless experience and everyone was very friendly and courteous. Couldn't be happier!
I left my RAV4 for 10,000 miles check up at 11:45am. Everything was done in 45 min and I was so happy to get my car back so quick! Thank you, Federico, for your great and the fastest service!!
