Took my kids for their biannual teeth cleaning and the staff presented me with bills totaling $1000 for two previous visits, acting like they were doing me a favor in giving me a discount. They said that their staff did not confirm the insurance before my visits and it turned out they were not covered after all for visits one year and six months ago.
