After alarms went off overnight and I dicovered they were years overdue for replacement the CASA technician did a great and efficient job and renewed entire home security system, replacing lithium batteries in wireless sensors and control panel and fitting new 12v monitored smoke alarms (240v alarms still to be installed separately by electrician to comply with legislation) - checked and tested whole system, all working perfectly again. I was given a quote for 4 x 6MP cameras, 2 x 6MP fixed focal eyeball wizsense and 2 x 6MP TIOC Pro, which I accepted. On the 11th of March Henry came to install everything and did a good job. However, he installed 2 x 5MP WizColor Network cameras and 2 x 8MP TIOC Pro cameras (not what was on the quote which I signed). I got in touch with Casa and told them in order for me to get the City of Wanneroo rebate the cameras had to be at least 6MP.
