After alarms went off overnight and I dicovered they were years overdue for replacement the CASA technician did a great and efficient job and renewed entire home security system, replacing lithium batteries in wireless sensors and control panel and fitting new 12v monitored smoke alarms (240v alarms still to be installed separately by electrician to comply with legislation) - checked and tested whole system, all working perfectly again. Thank you
I was given a quote for 4 x 6MP cameras, 2 x 6MP fixed focal eyeball wizsense and 2 x 6MP TIOC Pro, which I accepted. On the 11th of March Henry came to install everything and did a good job. However, he installed 2 x 5MP WizColor Network cameras and 2 x 8MP TIOC Pro cameras (not what was on the quote which I signed). I got in touch with Casa and told them in order for me to get the City of Wanneroo rebate the cameras had to be at least 6MP. Could not recommend Ben, Henry and the team at Casa Security more. We had 2 sets of cameras (4 cameras total) installed at home after a couple of incidents over a short time frame on the property. In what was an extremely anxious time I can’t thank both Ben and Henry enough for their expertise and empathy, answering my many questions and for the extra site visits to help me get the settings right.
