Just completed six weeks of 'treatment' at Casa Recovery, and would seriously caution anyone from enrolling in this program. If I could to sum up the things that are not working at Casa Recovery, it would boil down to: Consistency, Safety, Intentionality, Transparency and Accountability...and my personal concerns and experiences are shared by many other current and former clients. When people relapse, there should be a system in place so they do not RUIN their lives. For people with abandonment issues, this place really is the worst. I relapsed and instead of getting help THERE I was told they didn't know what to do with me and then told I had to leave....THAT VERY DAY. I was sober when this happened by the way. My relapse lasted a day. I lost my job, my housing and all of my friends because I had no place to go and they were unwilling or unable to work with me. They didn't even suggest detox. CASA Recovery is the place to get your mind, body and soul back. The counselors are truly amazing at what they do and the therapist work with you on the issues that really break down why we use drugs or alcohol. I'm clear headed and I've gained so many skills to lead a clean life. There was not a day that went by that I didn't learn something about myself that would help me cope with my feelings and emotions. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for CASA RECOVERY!!!!
