Fabulous cut and colour. Lots of consultation advice, nice coffee and friendly banter (but not too much!)
I was looking forward to having my hair done for a Christmas party and spent a little time looking for a salon which offered complex up does. I was contacted to send some photos of the desired look and then a few days later (just before my appointment was due) the appointment was cancelled with no reason. Hair looked no different to how I went in. During my consultation, I showed a picture of my USUAL colour for reference and was told it was going to take 3 sessions to reach the colour, even though I always get it done in one session. My roots were done badly and my hair has green undertones. I wouldnt even say i'm blonde its more of a weird brown. I tried to contact to complain but heard no response. For £200 i expect better.
