I had such a great weekend at Casa Om! It was such a beautiful getaway. The food was delicious and the accommodations were lovely.. with an amazing bay view. Hargobind did a great job..he led terrific classes and was so motivating..I never thought I would do the ice bath but with his guidance I did it and am so glad! I can’t wait to do another retreat at Casa Om!
