Overall, my stay there was enjoyable. Access to shopping, amenities and dining were easy. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Simple and economical.
Avoid like the plague! Dirty and no building maintenance done. Garbage bags piled next to our room! Shocking smell! Guest laundry was filthy and not useable! Outdoor furniture should be thrown away! Unravelling! Nylon bedspread was itchy and irritating! Charged extra $10 for second person! Go anywhere else to avoid itchy skin! 1star rating should be applied!
3 weeks in the Motel and can reccomend the stay. Room was serviced, pool was clean, reception staff efficient and friendly. Close to Mackay city and airport the location is convenient. Wifi worked seamlessly. Busy Motel with new people coming and going constantly but very little noise nor bother. A great stay and happy to return.
Awesome motel, the head cleaner is amazing and was very helpful.
