I am writing to formally report a serious ongoing issue with my air conditioner. This is now the fifth time it has broken down, leaving the house extremely hot and uncomfortable. When I contacted emergency maintenance to have it repaired, I was informed that Supervisor Henrique did not authorize the service and instead instructed the team to open the windows.
