Travis from Casa came to do a routine check up and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! 5 star service from him!
Thought the issue with our daughter’s closet was fixed but nope. Horrible mold and still can’t get our Sheetrock repaired because water is still leaking . The last tech didn’t seem to concerned about my rising humidity levels even though I told him last year at the same time my t stat would never change and it would be between 49-51% tops during 100+ heat , now we sit at 57-59% which should raise a red flag but here we are AGAIN!!
Casa came out today to evaluate a new unit that wasn’t cooling properly. He diagnosed and found the unit was low on freon and had an area where warm air was coming in. Very knowledgeable guy. - customer service driven.
One of two of our units went down over the weekend and half of our house was very hot. I did not have a very good experience over the weekend with whoever was on call, however, Travis came today (Tuesday) and changed my faith in this company. Kept in touch about his arrival time and was good about explaining everything - it turned out to be a quick and simple fix. He was honest and reliable. I will be asking for him in the future.
