My compressor gave out on Friday last week. The case was assiged to Mr. Travis Barton who diagnosed the failure remotely after I was able to troubleshoot the panel and wiring on the unit. Casa didn't have a replacement available so I had to wait over the weekend. The following Monday, the HVAC was serviced by Mr. Barton. I was skeptical when I saw the low Google rating but it’s 90 degrees, the HVAC is broken, and they service my warranty so I figured why not… I’ve got infants to keep cool. I explained the situation to Travis B. The tech that took on our job. He arrived quick, got to the root of our problem quick, and even checked out the rest of our unit. He was fast and professional. Bro shows up 2 hours after the window @ 7pm. Ask him to wait 5 min since we weren’t home (again, 2 hours after the window closed) acts like it is the end of the world and says he can’t wait much longer than 5 min. Guess he wasn’t lying, left exactly 5 min later and as we were pulling in. Honked and opened the garage to let him know it was us, but he Kept going. Followed to stop sign in case he didn’t see/hear. Honked and waved again. Kept going… Not a great 1st impression. Whoever scheduled us was very nice at least…
