I had to leave work multiple hours early to meet them at my house and then they never showed up. Never heard anything after three follow up calls. Not only did they waste my time but they also wasted my money. This company needs to be more professional and have better communication skills. I will never use this company in the future. Save your time and money and use a different company.
By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with this company. Haven’t had my ac unit for a yr and I’m already having problems (not the company’s fault). Contacted lennar to put in a warrant claim and supposedly this is the company who lennar works with. Came out the first time and was told my eev valve was not working properly but they couldn’t fix it because they don’t carry those parts in the truck and that I have to wait over the weekend and then some so they can get the part and replace it. I actually was heading westbound on FM78 just a little while ago, and one of their people felt it was okay to tailgate me for several miles, often within just a couple of feet. Even when we slowed down going through Marion, past the clearly marked speed limit signs, including a school zone. But the cherry on top is when I put on my turn signal well in advance of making a left, they still had a near-miss due to how close they were. Just witnessed two employees in a Casa Maintenance Services truck at the Select Stop gas station pour Twisted Tea into their cups, toss the empty cans on the ground, and drive off. Really disappointing to see that kind of behavior…
My home is barely 3 years old this March and I have had an ongoing battle with mold all over my A/C plenum and home. This warranty company only came out after multiple calls and attempts to get them to remedy the excessive moisture issue in my interior unit. They came out the last week of my warranty and only replaced one side of the plenum and escaped responsibility for the shoddy work and install.
