HOA board is useless! The only person that seems to care and tries to help is the maintenance man. Packages get stolen, residents are forced to pay for security company that rarely shows up, security system thats dated/useless. Seems like plenty of people that do not live in the complex know the code to the main gate . They find ways to prop the side gates open in orderto sneak in and out. Trouble maker neighbors give out the code to all their druggy friends.
