One star. I’m extremely disappointed with the state of our condominium. The electric car chargers have been broken for ages, which is ridiculous given how many residents rely on them. The gym is basically a free for all with non-residents constantly being brought in, defeating the purpose of a private facility. The pool is dirty because kids use the adult pool, and management does nothing about it. Wonderful community. Clean and very well kept. Makes living comfortable and safe.
Fix the call boxes. It has been months that they don’t work and they said they were working on them.
I have been living here for almost a year now and this is my experience: The location is great and so are the amenities. They definitely need to work on keeping up with the buildings on the east side and the landscaping. The landscaping company is terrible. The elevator floors, hallway floors and lighting need improvement. Also, most of the staff can be rude and they give an attitude to residents as if they were doing us a favor by helping us, including the property manager and maintenance supervisor.
