By far the best managed building i ever stayed in. The front office of Arlyn,Candace,Jeff go above and beyond to help you with your issues in the building. The maintenance team is the best i ever dealt with as well with repairs literally getting taken care of a few hours after the ticket goes in. Great overall experience living at the complex the past 2 years!
I’m posting this after moving out because my experience at Casa Mara significantly impacted my comfort and sense of safety at home. For a long stretch of time, I dealt with ongoing issues involving a nearby neighbor that made using my patio/balcony extremely stressful. The pattern was consistent: when I went outside, the neighbor would come out shortly after and sit/position himself close to the shared boundary facing toward my space for extended periods. Leaving one star is actually too generous! The guy that shows the units (Jeff) is bizarre. He sighs and acts like you're bothering him. The Manager (Candace) does not have what it takes to be a manager. She can not handle anything out of her comfort zone. So glad I didn't move into this place! Total unprofessionalism across the board and the apartments are not worth what they're charging!
