I made an appointment and the manager never showed up. Tried to contact the office and it just goes directly to voice mail. The hours state that they work till 6, it’s not even 4 pm. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
I've been residing at Casa Madrid for about 3 months now and it's been nothing but pleasant. There is only one person in the office and they are either taking care of the office or on the grounds taking care of tenants and the property regularly. The property is well maintained and I've seen landscaping here on a weekly basis. But ultimately the property manager, Amber Perez is super attentive to our needs at any and every time we've needed anything.
