I've been residing at Casa Madrid for about 3 months now and it's been nothing but pleasant. There is only one person in the office and they are either taking care of the office or on the grounds taking care of tenants and the property regularly. The property is well maintained and I've seen landscaping here on a weekly basis. But ultimately the property manager, Amber Perez is super attentive to our needs at any and every time we've needed anything. This apartment complex is very nice but they’re a muscle man that rides a motorcycle that harass his neighbors if they are parked in the parking area without a permit. He acts like a big crybaby security guard. Once he keyed my family member car after exchanging some words with her. He called her a B****! Be careful with this guy. He a crybaby and a snitch! And he rides his bike very fast inside and makes all kinds of noise.
