Due to unexpected circumstances completely beyond my control, I unfortunately had to cancel my upcoming trip and reservation. To be clear: I fully understand that cancellations incur fees, and the financial aspect of this situation was never the issue. Check in was fast, Maria was wonderful and made us a complimentary spritz. Amazing location, views and vibe!!
A bit overpriced for what it is. It is a three-star hotel not 3.5. Ants are real. Balcony on the path is real. No room waters. Parking fee is annoying. But overall great location and decent stay.
The location is amazing, and the views are stunning. The room was beautiful and spacious. The service, however, was lacking. Two of the fours days we stayed, we had amazing service. The other two days, the staff was terrible. Rude, terribly trained, and oblivious.
