I am so glad I've found Casa Loca Fitness Studio! I have been to a few fitness places in Nanaimo but Casa Loca is the only place that I feel truly at home with. I feel so well-taken care of and appreciated. Not only do I feel like I am improving my health but also enriching my outlook in life with positive interactions with instructors and fellow members. I ♥ Casa Loca!

I’ve never wanted to go to the gym until starting with Casa Loca, it’s everything I needed in a “gym”. My favourites are Zumba, Zumba Step, Strong by Zumba and pound. I also love that there are strength classes for when I need to push myself.

This is such a great studio. Friendly and supportive instructors, a good variety of different classes, and so much fun that you don't realize you're also getting a good workout!

Casa LOCA fitness studio is an inspiring place to be. I love the energy of all instructors and you always feel welcome. The clientele are amazing and so friendly as well. You can tell people are having fun and feel comfortable to be there! You should really check it out for yourself.
