About two days ago, I had a very bad experience at Casa Laundry. A washing machine charged me twice, and I showed proof on my phone, but the employee refused to believe me and said it wasn’t proof. She became rude and agitated, claimed she had no control over the machines , and refused to tell me who the manager was. Other workers seemed afraid to help me and tell me because of her.
