Very friendly staff and the laundromat is always clean. They also have a rewards program to give you FREE money to do your laundry if you use their online app SpeedQueen to pay for doing your laundry digitally instead of with cash. You’re welcome.
I have been a customer at this location for about four years, and I am very disappointed with the service. Since new employees were hired, customer service has declined. One employee was especially nonchalant when I raised a concern. After I added money to my Speed Queen account, most of the machines went offline. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told no and instructed to pay cash, with no concern shown for the inconvenience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment. About two days ago, I had a very bad experience at Casa Laundry. A washing machine charged me twice, and I showed proof on my phone, but the employee refused to believe me and said it wasn’t proof. She became rude and agitated, claimed she had no control over the machines , and refused to tell me who the manager was. Other workers seemed afraid to help me and tell me because of her.
