Thinking of remodeling our home so stopped by to get inspiration. Rebeka was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions. You can tell she has years of experience and strives for excellence. Had a lot of great tips. Will be back if we move forward with the remodel.
We recently had our main bathroom remodeled by Palazzo and couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the result! We were impressed immediately when we walked into their showroom one afternoon, expecting to learn a little about their company and then schedule an appointment to speak with someone about our project. I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that.
5 star isn't a high enough rating. For many years I've been reading horror stories about contractors who stiff you, are late, do poor work. To say we were concerned on our first kitchen remodel would be an understatement. But, I have to say (loudly) that our full kitchen remodel has been a dream project from beginning to end.
