We bought a sectional sofa (Washington model) from Casa Italia and had a fantastic experience. Raj was incredibly helpful — he took the time to explain the product details and leather quality, and kept us updated throughout the process, from production and shipment from Italy all the way to delivery at our home. We bought our sectional, TV stand, and artwork in Casa Italia, and the customer service was excellent every time. Ruby and Raj are friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We love our sectional. The leather is high quality, it’s very comfortable, and the lumbar support was exactly what we were looking for. The adjustable headrests and lumbar support are a great feature, and it’s the perfect size for relaxing and having friends over. Very happy with our purchase.
Beautiful, excellent quality furniture. We bought the couch and ottoman from Casa Italia. It was a 22 week wait since it was custom, but well worth it. Arrived as quoted and setting up delivery was easy. Raj and his family are lovely and he was very easy to work with. Not at all pushy. We were able to borrow the fabric swatch as often as needed to help pick paint colours and match other furniture. A great experience overall and we are very happy with our purchase!
