We bought a sectional sofa (Washington model) from Casa Italia and had a fantastic experience. Raj was incredibly helpful — he took the time to explain the product details and leather quality, and kept us updated throughout the process, from production and shipment from Italy all the way to delivery at our home. The delivery team was also professional and careful with the sofa. Overall, we're really happy with the service we received. Highly recommend! We bought our sectional, TV stand, and artwork in Casa Italia, and the customer service was excellent every time. Ruby and Raj are friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We love our sectional. The leather is high quality, it’s very comfortable, and the lumbar support was exactly what we were looking for. The adjustable headrests and lumbar support are a great feature, and it’s the perfect size for relaxing and having friends over. Very happy with our purchase.

The owner, Raj, was incredibly professional and friendly, making the entire process quick and easy. The pillows are stunning and add the perfect touch to my space. Outstanding customer service and such beautiful pillows that go perfectly with my sofa and chair! Love them! Thank you Raj!

The chair is honestly even nicer in person — the design, craftsmanship, and genuine Italian leather really stood out to me. It feels like a piece that will last for years and adds a completely different feel to the room. What I appreciated most was Raj’s customer service. He was friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured to buy. He took the time to answer my questions and... read more
