Update: came in for cabin noise and worked with Lisa, my cars still under warranty and I still have to pay a fee for it to be looked at. What’s the point of having the warranty if I’m going to be charged. Hate this location. Lose is a sweet heart but this location sucks Beyond rude and unhelpful, was told they would order a part for my car which was back in April/may and never got a call they got it. At the beginning they give the pretty talk but just excuses after that . Since Jan 6th I took the car and after ordering the part it should be ready by Jan 13th… the 13th went by 15th 16th and no call (frustrated) I stop by to check. They said we didn’t get one part so it will be ready by 20th, on the 20 (no call) so I called they said the part just came in 30 minutes ago. Than they found out I needed all four parts which than they had to ordered 3 more , it should be ready by Monday 27 …no call. Today the 28 after 30 minute... read more

The salesman was very helpful I did test drive the Hyundai palisade but it was pricey n then the salesman found a used one with 85k on the salesman texted me told me it sold n there was a 2020 telluride with 75k I don’t like green I have told the salesman no green n no sunroof it’s a mess i have been looking for a 3rd row with more leg space
