The service department is incompetent. We took our Odyssey several times for repairs. Despite fixing several things and spending thousands of dollars, the problem was never fixed. After one of the repairs they forgot to replace the plastic engine covering amd left them insidemy vehicle. The warning lights that were repaired came on hours before we planned on trading in the vehicle. I stopped by to see what they could do.
