We stayed in the Siesta Suite for three nights in September and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming, the location is phenomenal and the room was stunning. The bed itself is the most comfortable I have ever slept on! The patio is a nice little bonus for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Highly recommend and we will definitely visit again!
Good day. This is Jaspreet Gill, and I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay in room 240 on August 30, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the hotel, and as in the past, the experience was highly satisfactory.
The service of this hotel was one of the worst services ever the staff was discriminating against us from the moment we arrived till the moment we left, I would not recommend this experience for anyone. We also got an eye infection from the pillows and five minutes after we checked out they called us trash and called the cops on us. It was very terrible customer service especially the lady and the guy on the front desk.
Loved my stay here! The location is perfect. Right on the beach close to restaurants and everything you would need. The room was great and had a nice balcony to enjoy the view. It was surprisingly quiet given the busy street. They even made sure I had parking. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Penticton.
Great location and awesome amenities! A perfect place to stay especially if you’re a bigger group. The balconies are awesome and the shared kitchen and living space is perfect to have available. So much better than staying at one of the crusty motels on the strip. Parking is a bit tricky but excellent customer service. Host even offered to pay if we got a ticket. Definitely recommend!
