Perfect couch from the guys! The service was amazing as well!!
The man who delivered my couch was not wearing a mask when he entered my home. I was very uncomfortable, scared, and not appreciative of the service that was provided.
Save your money go to scan design bcz this people they take u r money they destroy u r furniture in delivery and they do nothing to fix there mistake I just waisted 4000$ on broken furniture . They want to give me 87$ store credit knowing I spend 200$ on insurance. Take u r money somewhere else
Purchased a new dining table with insurance from CASA Furniture, a week later the table started to crack. Its been 4 months that I have been told they would repair or replace. When I call my sales person Cassia Silva, she now places me on hold then after 30 min the phone hangs up. Called the insurance company that I paid additional money for and was told that CASA is responsible for this and they would no cover. This place is bad news, pretty website. Oh the sales lady said and the CASA represented the table was from Italy... read more
