Horrible builders don’t buy a Casa Fresca they will Never get back to you in regards to a warranty request they are the worst of the worst stay away

Editing for the comment from Casa Fresca: You have employees going around telling buyers one thing, and then later saying that the things we have been told would be covered under warranty are in fact NOT. We were told to give the grass a chance to catch, and if it did not then Casa Fresca would replace it. Well it didn't, half our lawn is brown, and you all are saying we're out of luck because we believed an employee of yours. I appreciate how Casa Fresca responds to claims with someone from their team, but I feel it's important to mention that, despite their responsiveness, we have been dealing with these issues for weeks without a resolution. They only responded after I posted this review. We’ve had three different AC technicians come to check the system, and each one has told us that everything is fine. Gorgeous Home — Horrible Craftsmanship, Customer Service, and Warranty Experience We bought a Casa Fresca home less than a month ago, and while the house looks beautiful, the experience has been a nightmare. During our initial walk-through, we had many concerns about the craftsmanship, especially the finishes. We bought a home in this neighborhood earlier in the year. Before we closed, Casa Fresca was telling us everything we wanted to hear and in hindsight told us things we wanted to hear instead of being truthful. Prior to closing, they did a terrible job at maintaining the lawn and the sod never fully caught and there were multiple issues with the sprinklers, so there were multiple dead patches.
