We bought a home in this neighborhood earlier in the year. Before we closed, Casa Fresca was telling us everything we wanted to hear and in hindsight told us things we wanted to hear instead of being truthful. Prior to closing, they did a terrible job at maintaining the lawn and the sod never fully caught and there were multiple issues with the sprinklers, so there were multiple dead patches. Be Cautious When Buying from This Builder Be very careful when purchasing a home from this builder. Make sure to walk through the property thoroughly—inside and out—at least an hour before signing anything. After we signed, we discovered numerous issues that were not visible during the final walkthrough: broken ceilings, leaking showers, stained and damaged cabinets, and clogged pipes. Ashton did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions about casa fresca and showed us the why. The value and quality is outstanding. You can truly see the difference and can litterly look across the street and tell. Anton did all this and showed us a bunch of models. He took his time knowing we are about a year out from purchasing. They are definitely a contender. Anyone looking at buying a home should atleast look at casa fresca.
