I had the pleasure dealing with Jose the other day. I just bought a brand new Bronco about a month ago. Noticed I needed my door adjusted, he was easy to communicate with, fast service and answered any questions I had.
I received exceptional customer service from Javier Mendoza! Even though my vehicle is a Honda, they fixed my brakes and Javier made sure there were no other issues with my car. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here, even if they aren't a Ford.
5 stars goes to Eric Perez, my service advisor at Casa Ford who I was fortunate to get! Very professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job in keeping me informed with my vehicle's warranty coverage and service status. I've been to many dealership service departments and none have come close to his professionalism. Hard to find these days!
Service number isn’t answered properly in the mornings. Guess it’s too early at 7:30. Called again and rang with no answer.
