I placed an order online for same day pick up but then the pick up day went away. I came in the ask if they would have it as its just a bottle of antifreeze. And the dude was so quick to dismiss me and said I'll get an email because it may be coming from ft worth Houston Alaska all sorts of towns. I asked if I could purchase the coolant there with him and he said yes. So obviously I was annoyed and asked why he cant just pull up my order and give me the coolant. Fui a una cita a casa ford por unas fallas que salieron de agencia en la troca llege y no tenia trabajador asignado pedí la sita alas 7am para salir de ahí y irme al trabajo pero resulta que tenia yo que esperar de 6 horas a 48 horas y no puedo faltar a mi trabajo por ese tiempo de 2 días pedí un carro prestado por mientras que encontraban el problema y no prestan carros y pues no me quede no puedo perder 2 días de trabajo

I’ve been to quite a bit of ford part locations and this has been by far my best experience. They actually picked up the phone when I called. The parts were set aside for me and ready when I arrived. Oscar was extremely helpful. I will gladly make the 4 hour drive every time I need to order a part for my vehicles.
