The sales manager here is a terrible representation of the dealership. Empty promises and a huge lack of customer service all around. I purchased a vehicle 3 months ago and have still not received my plates. Take your business elsewhere.
This place is very ill equipped for whatever their excuses are to take care of recalls. Have been waiting THREE MONTHS to get my recall taken care of. It is just unacceptable, no one returns calls. No updates on the status of my vehicle. Unacceptable....literally, steer clear of this place.
Daniel Martinez is the best. He knows cars very well, very attentive, and respectful!
