Made the appointment last week for tranny fluid & filter change. Called Monday morning and the young man said they always had the filters on hand, even though he didn't double check. After waiting @ 4 hours a gentleman told me that they had dismantled the tranny but didn't have a correct filter & had to get one from across town. I had to wait over 7 hours for a simple tranny maintenance. I live 80 miles from Las Cruces, but obviously the Casa crew doesn't think my time is valuable. Purchased a vehicle on June 6th 2025. Never received the license plates. I call multiple times and they keep sending me to another idiot after idiot. My plates have expired already 3 different times. Do better. This is so annoying. I've even gone in to talk to people multiple times and nothing is resolved. GET IT TOGETHER!
Well how can I say this i went in February to see the car they have i when to different places at last we ended up buying a Ford explorer from them well long story made0 short they change the oil that all plastic are in they right place and that horn work right and tire sensor are good at least for 3 to 5 years because a tire pressure sensor they are good for 10 years and my oil and sensors they give up or they were not good after three months of purchase this automobile ford explorer i really not recommend to see they place... read more
