I have been using Casa Flores for several years now. They are my go to cabinet company for my business, Niche reDesign. I trust that they will communicate well, provide solid expertise, and deliver an excellent product. I have built a positive relationship with the owner, Jolanda, who always goes out of her way to help and ensure they job is done to a high standard. (not many companies will do this for you..every.single.time)
Casa Flores has done 2 kitchens, a bathroom, an office and various other small projects for us. We are always happy with the service, attention to detail and ease of working with them. My only complaint is that I didn't get a chance to visit with owner Humberto on this job. This family run business is lovely and I highly recommend them.
I did not feel much willingness of them helping me with my projects. They took long time to get back to me with answers and design ideas (was never changed on my project as requested) when I said I was going to do the work with other company they never said anything. I can’t comment on the quality of their work but def the customer service was not good. Maybe they are great with long time and exisiting customers…

Don't waste your time with this company, I contacted them 10 months ago (Nov 2nd) via email to request a consultation and they never replied, I really liked their work and the reviews were good so I contacted them again after one month and finally was able to book a visit with Jolanda, she came to our house on January 25th and took measurements for two in built cabinets, one around the fireplace and a buffet, she said it would take a couple of weeks to get the quote, after two months I contacted them again asking how much lo... read more
