Just moved in last month. Pat the manager here is awesome. He is very understanding. My husband and I toured the place a few times to make sure it was a right fit for us. Pat was always willing to help with anything. We get 2 assigned parking. Everyone seems nice, everyone minds their own business. There's a handful of kids. It's nice cozy community. Laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers. There's a pool, it's a bit dated. Overall it's a nice area. Rent is very reasonable.
