I recommend getting an apartment here I love the spacious living. And you don't have to go to the laundry mat to go do your laundry
Muy Mal servicio y en especial la mujer que trabaja en la oficina se llama Karen Flores, es una grosera,despota gritona y atiende de mala gana,si no saben cómo tratar ala gente es mejor que no estén ahí. Very bad service, especially the woman who works in the office named Karen Flores. She's rude, despotic, loud, and reluctant to serve. If you don't know how to treat people, it's better not to be there.👎
My son's car was parked, hit and run.The apartment management refused to provide a gate key for months, even after he went in the office and argue that he wasn't comfortable parking outside because the longer this waits the more he puts his car at risk because this has happened before with other cars in these apartments. Their response? The keys are ordered in "bulk" and the delay of shipment is your "responsibility" i am so sure everyone in this apartment complex orders keys 24/7, not even a single update, no accountability... read more
To the owners of casa feliz. I am very DISAPPOINTED of the recent towing you guys did on the community, it was very inconvenient, and financially rough to several including myself, coming out of everyone's pocket. Further, The Property Manager Norma Rios, failed to provide proper procedures notice to tenants about parking sticker renewals. Despite state law requiring 24-hour notice before towing, no such notification was provided, admin argues so? but if this was the case then how come multiple cars were towed.
