Not What It Used to Be They used to make very good pasta and stuffed pasta here; in fact, they supplied a lot of good Italian restaurants. Then the original owners retired. I tried it several months after, and the ravioli wasn't the same. The pasta itself was thick and tough instead of thin and tender. Maybe they've improved. I hope so.
