The consistency of the color of their stone is atrocious. The samples don’t look anything like what you receive and if you get boxes manufactured on different dates the colors look completely different. Customer service side of their company is terrible. Don’t pick their stone, you’ll regret it
Contacted them about a color discrepancy between their book and what was delivered and their response was "Doesn't look like our stone". BZZZ... wrong answer, and incorrect way to handle a customer concern. a) It's clearly their stone. b) I have an sales order to prove it. c) Did they really just accuse their distributor of trying to pass off counterfeit stones?
Stone is amazing and made such a great transition from our garage to the house.
