TERRIBLE, like all the other reviews. My order took a month to arrive with ZERO communication (only because I had refunded through my bank due to no delivery or comms) When it FINALLY arrived, someone responded but the order arrived incorrectly - sugared almonds were gross, not packed in a food safe way and the order was partly wrong (which I was queried if I had done another order, which I hadn't). Once I got the bank refund sorted so the business could process the partial refund, they refused to communicate again - leaving... read more

My experience with Casa Di Perla has been so amazing! Unfortunately I had listened to horrible reviews which caused some issues and stress on my end thinking that I would never receive replies and be scammed of spending hundreds of dollars with no product. That is very far from the truth! Olga was very understanding and patient with me, and the Bomboniere are absolutely gorgeous!
