I am a concerned neighbor and sse that a Mafia runs the condos. extremely High HOA fees for each of 95 homes, and very little maintenance. Lake side is a muddy overgrown mess, both pools are dirty. The City should investigate the board for corruption and embezzlement
Great batch of people nice condos lake front people that live there are friendly
I moved here towards the end of last year and I couldn't be happier with that decision. It's such a nicely kept community that keeps the landscaping so well manicured. They just redid the dock and it's quickly become my favorite place to reflect in nature. It's quiet and serene and the perfect amount of home for what I needed. I am grateful that I moved here.
