It's a Great place to Live,in Santa Maria.Fact it's the cleaner than any other park ,i know I looked.Roads alway,s kept up.and the club house is Huge with all the stuff .weight room.pool.jacuzzi sauna several roo.s to enjoy along with a pool tables.shelves full of Games.a large TV that all tenants may use with movies too,a 2 full kitchens for party time.you live longer here I think as it nice here no stress,people are in the 90s here riding bikes all day long and talking dancing.
