We were replacing our wood deck with a Trex deck. I received several estimates from various companies, including Casa Decks. Zach, the owner, is very knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure to sign anything or agree to anything while he was here. He even brought samples that he left with us of the various color options and thought through about matching our aluminum fencing in our backyard to the railings on the deck. UPDATE: just received a call from Zak. He will be here mid-July to replace the board. 🤞 Zak kept his word, and I have updated my score. He made time in between jobs to take care of my issue.
About 10 years ago, Casa Decks installed our beautiful Trex deck. At that time, I worked w/ George who was absolutely wonderful! He was responsive, had excellent communication skills, reliable, and he and his team did a fantastic job. Fast forward to May 2024, I contacted Casa Decks about getting a replacement board. Zak came to my home to look at the board on a Wednesday and told me "I'll be back this weekend to replace the board. You don't have to be here" When he did not show, I contacted him about a week later and his re... read more

One of the BEST customer experiences I have ever had. His was the only company that I found that would use my existing composite material and his quote was very reasonable. Zack gave me a specific schedule and followed it exactly. They showed up when they promised and always cleaned up when they left. He and his team pleasantly answered my myriad questions as they were building. They were a pleasure to be around and worked well together, creating a composite deck that will last me a lifetime.
