I love living here at Casa DE Shanti, it's quiet and clean, the tenant's we're like family at this complex, miss my old manager ( Mrs. Shelley Hare) great manager, we have a new manager ( Mrs Greene) she is also a great manager too! Love both of them me and my furbaby ( ALEX) the protector of the Complex. I give this Complex a 10
The manager Shelly Hare is the worst manager in the world she got me kicked out of my apartment after I've been a great and loyal tenant for 2 years and she threatened to have me removed without any real reasons
To resident Chris McCormack apt 23 WOW great job letting everyone know this is an AIDS/HIV place do you stop to think about some of the other residents prefer and like the personal info mention private ? way to go idiot its no wonder i was at the circle k on central met someone at the store and tried to tell the lady where i resided and she looked at me and said where "the AIDS place"very loudly with lots of people .
If you move there, I would not, the manager is awful at her job. if you want something repair. it will been three years or never to be repair. the manager= let other tenants do whatever they want, they get new refrigerator or new garbage disposal and the others she is so strict with them, I see why. allot of people don't like her. I would not give this place a star, "zero star"
