This is a US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) low income apartment complex owned and managed by Mercy Housing / Catholic Charities. There are 25 good sized one and two bedroom units. There are no amenities besides a community room and laundry facility. There is no recycle service which is a major negative feature. The other one is the management which provides very poor maintenance/repair service. You have to argue and/or beg to get even simple things taken care of. I love living here at Casa DE Shanti, it's quiet and clean, the tenant's we're like family at this complex, miss my old manager ( Mrs. Shelley Hare) great manager, we have a new manager ( Mrs Greene) she is also a great manager too! Love both of them me and my furbaby ( ALEX) the protector of the Complex. I give this Complex a 10
The manager Shelly Hare is the worst manager in the world she got me kicked out of my apartment after I've been a great and loyal tenant for 2 years and she threatened to have me removed without any real reasons
