I moved here August 2016 I had too pay double deposit my place had plumbing problems air conditioning problems took them two weeks too fix was told would be done before I moved in. I have had problems with kids cutting through my yard and threatening me too do damage. Management don't care because they don't live here. They can't won't pay reasonable fees for security too be here. They don't care about their tenants safety.all they care about is the money being brought in every month.

It's easy to get approved here, and there's a reason for that. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!!! We were approved quickly, but the home needed work. I asked for a reasonable and feasible date for move in. I was told 2 weeks, it's been over a month and they said it was ready. Gave me the keys, and after what we saw, (28 issues, including roaches, broken faucets, tons of trash and very sloppy work) we dropped the keys off with this list.
