I rate this a 5 because I bought my wife a dozen roses through this website and they delivered it to her house on the same day. No problems were brought up. As a first time or only time, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to surprise their love one with flowers. I am currently out of the country and they did a good job in taking care of this. I had a good experience.
