If I could rate this 0 I would. These people DO NOT care for their tenants at all! They raise their prices constantly and have a problem with car vandalism yet they do nothing about it. They refuse to put up a gate for the safety of their elderly tenants even after multiple requests. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE. Oh and if they see someone has complaints THEY RETALIATE AGAINST THEM. Horrible place, horrible management.
Cars have been broken into, management doesn’t care about putting a mandatory gate. About 10 cars have been broken into, robbed , dismantled, and nothing has been done for the elderly . Very pist off at management , management needs better training, has been happening for over a year and they won’t care since these incidents only happen between the times off 11pm and 4 am. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ELDERLY.
