Honesty & Morals cannot be given… Hiding critical information… Handing a dirty unite: urine smell every where Humidity in every single place Uncleaned bed sheets & pillows Cockroaches once we accessed the unite. Un professional customer service. Actually, No words to describe the Hawaiian Hospitality We have experienced in this Fake Accommodation. This is the worst experience we have ever had & we will raise this issue to the concerned Authorities in the State if this is the acceptable standards here?’

I booked unit 104 through booking.com the day before heading to the Big Island and we paid in full. I received a confirmation later that day and a bunch of offers from the company managing the property. The next morning I received a message saying that they had an issue with their booking calendar and the room was not actually available. They said I should cancel the booking so they can process a refund, which seemed odd.
