I live here....it's nice and quiet...no druggys walking around...
Roaches, bed bugs, you name it. Had to move out emergently. Maintenance did little to nothing about any of my requests for spray. One day I watched them walk up to my door, put a notice that they did spray then just walk away. When I asked if they sprayed alex told me yes. I was told I'd need to stay out of my apartment for two weeks while they fumed, just to come back and it was even worse. Property is infested with bugs and cockroaches, POOL has not been open on almost three years, Landscaping crew extremely disrespectful of your personal property, Property was much better, since. COVID you don't want to live here . Prices for what it is are extremely high, Not the most honest respectful tennents.
