We absolutely love Casa De Amigos! Bixby can be a little sad at drop-off since he doesn’t love leaving us, but the staff are so warm and loving. They know him by name and make him feel safe and cared for right away. By pick-up, he’s always happy and excited, which is such a relief to see. The team genuinely cares for the dogs, they even seem a little sad to see him go at the end of the day! I trust them completely, which allows me to focus at work knowing Bixby is in great hands. We recently boarded our dog for one week when we went out of town. Overall we are pleased and we will use them again. Highly recommend
We did a two night stay an we were down the street as the hotel didn’t allow our dog that size. Staff both on the phone and in person were kind an professional. There webpage was pretty transparent compared to some kennels I have used. The pricing I also equally as good too. We spoke about our reactive dog an keeping him alone a they fully understood our needs. I think it would be easier if they allowed for a fillable form vs filling out the intake form there. Read Edit. Nice people. Good rates. Not a fancy place but they care about your animals. I use them for boarding and grooming. Edit: They refuse to groom my dog because he got old. We’ve been going here for years and this seems kinda cruel. He’s not a health risk, I guess it just takes longer to groom him or something. They called me less than 24 hours to give me this information after it was already booked and offered no advice for what to do if your loved animal happens to live long enough that they still need to be groomed... read more
