Dropped my dog off here on a Friday morning. It was her first time here so I was kinda worried. When I dropped her off they took her to the back and I was feeling a little anxious since I wasn’t sure where they were taking her or what her schedule would look like being there. We were on vacation when we took our puppies there for daycare, so we could while we explore the Bay Aquarium and the non dog friendly parts of Cannery Road. They seemed to love it, and people we talked to all kept saying, "you made the right choice for daycare!" We definitely felt safe leaving them there. Staff was wonderful and so caring! Will definitely be back!

Dropped my pup off for half a day so my family could go to the Aquarium. It was 2 blocks from the Aquarium and reasonable to keep her there for the day. It was raining out, so they washed her paws when I came to pick her up to get the mud off. She seemed in great spirits when she came out! Would recommend for travelers needing to board the dog!

My husband, checked our dog who Is a cockapoo into “Casa de Amigos Animal Hotel” on October 20th , 2024, in Monterey California. At or around 4:30PM that evening, my husband and myself arrived at the facility to retrieve our dog at which point the hotel staff informed us that our dog had went missing from the facility. The staff had failed to properly secure their facility and supervise our dog as per the agreement.
