Came into town for a cousin's engagement dinner and wanted somewhere boutique rather than a big chain since it's a smaller, more personal place. Loved that it wasn't packed with strangers everywhere, felt intimate and quiet. Room ran a touch warm at night even with the AC adjusted, minor issue though. My partner and I booked this for a quiet anniversary getaway after a stressful few months at work, and we wanted something intimate rather than a big chain hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating when we got there. One of our party members did not realize it was outside and complained about it, and they graciously moved us inside and set it up for a wonderful brunch. It was delicious. Our host was very informative about things to do in Santa Fe and answered all the questions we had. Attention to detail was incredibly apparent and everything they did. It was well worth the money we spent.
Needed somewhere stylish but practical for a short work trip nearby. The room felt thoughtfully designed, not generic at all, with little details that made it feel boutique rather than corporate. Wifi was solid for my video calls. Quiet, comfortable, close to downtown. Exactly what I needed without paying for amenities I wouldn't use.
