My daughter and grandson stayed at Cinnamon Shores for my grandson 6th birthday. We had an Airbnb-1- one bedroom! The place was very cozy and we had a great time! Dined at Dylan's Pizza and salad was delicious! Service was great and people were very engaging
Beautiful place and staff very friendly. Amazing views clean and had everything we needed . The only issue was the condo was very hot! The ac wasn't working . It was blowing very lightly and it was warm . We went down to the desk several times to let them know that it was like 79 to 81 degrees in the condo. They gave us 2 fans the first night to use but it was still very warm in the place they said the contacted the owner and said they were contacting maintenance .but no one ever showed up. Over all a very nice place. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice. The views were very nice. The major issue we had was the lack of AC. The room was consistently between 78 and 82 degrees even in the evenings. We were told maintenance would be available by seven the next morning but noone came out that we know of. The main AC did not seem to be working so the only cooling came from a room ac located in one of the 3 bedrooms. They did offer to move us to a another two bedroom apartment but we needed 3 rooms for the nu... read more
