Yesterday at 4:31 pm I received a call from the office manager letting me know that AC went out in the unit I reserved back in April. This place has sister condo rentals owned by CCMS, (look them up before you book). She informed me she knew at 11am when another guest checked out. She waited until 4:31pm to call me and when I told her this was not acceptable because I am bringing my grandchildren to the beach and I am not disappointing them, what is the solution??
