We had the best experience thanks to Nakita being our first point of contact! She helped get our room booked and help find the perfect room for the 4th of July fireworks! Her kindness, care and sweet demeanor was such a pleasure, especially at 10:30 pm when I called. Without her I may have not booked the hotel, but we are grateful we did.
