absolutely stunning cuisine and service. We came in without reservations for our 20th anniversary and we were not disappointed! We had the elote, the bison asada, and quesabirria tacos (a special) and frozen straw-mango margaritas! Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back for more!
I stopped in at Casa Chimayo to order an Elote Salad with Grilled Chicken to go. The staff members were very helpful and offered me a seat at a small table while I waited. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a nice vibe. The outdoor area has an inviting feel, too. As much as I wished I could stay, I received my salad and continued on my way. I'm never crazy about takeout food, but this salad was incredible! I highly recommend Casa Chimayo!!
