I test drove a used vehicle and there was a rattling noise inside the dash at the same time the visible part of the dash seemed to be separated and visibly vibrating. The salesman said he would have them look at it. Which I took as to try to fix it (I should have known better). With that in mind, I purchased it and an appointment was set to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in and was told there were no parts available since the truck was so old (was told many parts are discontinued after 10 years and this is a 2011 model).... read more

They charged my wife for a new battery when both batteries were just replaced four months ago. The batteries were still under warranty. Not too happy about that.
