Nia was our saleswoman, she did a great job and took the time to drive me around and show me cars around all the dealerships until i found the perfect one. The finance dept did an awesome job also making the process fast and easy. The car had some noises that could've been easily fixed, I wish they would've taken the time to fix little things before selling it, the sun glasses holder was broken, the brakes squeak, and a hood brace was loose and they just stuck a random bolt that didnt fit, so it vibrated while driving, I wis... read more
We had the best experience at GMC Casa Auto Group, Alamogordo. We were greeted by Reyder Sanchez, Sales Specialist immediately. First time buying a car and had the best experience I could have hoped for. Ranch was extremely helpful and understanding making the entire process as smooth as possible I highly recommend working with him he explains everything in depth, helps in anyway he can, and makes the process as fast as possible when needed.
